Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the B1X Shooting application or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and B1X Shooting.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Post content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on others' rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Service (posts, comments, profile information). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the Service.

You are solely responsible for content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without notice.

6. Club Memberships

Club membership features within the Service facilitate connections between athletes and shooting clubs. We are not a party to any agreement between athletes and clubs. Any membership fees, obligations, or disputes are solely between the athlete and the club. B1X Shooting bears no responsibility for club-athlete relationships or transactions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logo, trademarks, and software, is owned by B1X Shooting and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Training data, scores, and performance statistics are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional coaching advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B1X Shooting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time through the app's settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

13. B1X Pro Subscription

B1X Pro is an optional paid subscription available within the B1X Shooting app. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing

• Monthly plan: ₹99 per month
• Annual plan: ₹699 per year (equivalent to ₹58/month)

Free Trial

New subscribers may receive a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription price at the start of the next billing period.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Payment

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) upon confirmation of purchase or at the end of a free trial.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device account settings:

• iOS: Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions → B1X Shooting
• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → B1X Shooting

Access After Cancellation

Pro features remain accessible until the end of the current paid billing period. Access reverts to the free tier at renewal.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, tap "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen to recover your active subscription at no charge.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. B1X Shooting does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or Google via Google Play support.
